犬作品と雪 Ceramic pup and snow

 1月25日(水)は固い雪が降り
今日は朝雪が積もってたが雪が溶けるので急いで犬作品と雪景色に合わせて写真を撮影しました。
We finally had some proper snow on Wednesday and this morning. I brought my ceramic pup out and took a quick snap before the snow melts away.

 

 

「第５回 若きアーティストによるアートの祭典」の最終日 “The 5th Annual Art Festival of Young Artists” last day

 昨日は大阪のギャラリーで私が出展していた作品を見に行きました。ユニークな作品が溢れ大変楽しい1日でした。

Yesterday we visited the gallery in Osaka where I’m exhibiting my piece. We had such a great day enjoying the space alive with many unique art works.

 

 

2023年の制作と展示のお知らせ Works & Planned Exhibition in 2023

  2022年に作品を作りためてきました。
夏には窯に入れるときの事故で大きい作品が崩れ
作り直した作品はいいあんばいに乾燥しました。
12月の終わりには本焼焼成し釉薬のテストとアルミナコーティングを塗った棚板はしっかりくっつきました！
During 2022, I made and stocked up several art pieces. In the summer, one of my larger pieces broke while I was trying to put it into the kiln. So I made another piece, and this time, I was extra cautious to wait until it dried well and nicely. At the end of December, I glost-fired it, along with a glaze test piece and the kiln shelf to which I applied alumina to fix.
