岡山表町商店街のアンティーク雑貨店で委託販売 Consignment sale at an antique & art shop in Omotechō Shopping Street

10月から岡山市表町商店街のアンティーク雑貨と作家のハンドメイドのお店「Le Cadeau Mimi」さんでの作品の委託販売を始めました。展示活動をしながら最新作犬猫のフェーブを制作して入荷しています。今日はウェルシュコーギーと猫とカボチャのミニポットを入荷しました。

岡山住まいの方、岡山に遊びに来られる方は是非見に来てください！他の作家さんたちの作品もたくさんあり、プレゼントを見つけるにとても良い素敵なお店です。

From this month, I started to sell some of my art pieces on consignment at “Le Cadeau Mimi,” an antique & art shop in Omotechō Shopping Street, Okayama City. While preparing for exhibitions, I made some more trinkets (tiny cats & dogs) as well for this, and today, I delivered my latest trinkets of Welsh Corgis and a tiny pumpkin-shaped pot with a cat.

「第4回関西アートコンペ」最終日と授賞式➕作家同士の交流会 Award Ceremony on the last day of “the 4th Annual Kansai Art Competition” + Networking

10月19日（日）母といっしょに「第4回関西アートコンペ」授賞式に出席するため大阪に行きました。御堂筋線の地下鉄に乗って天王寺駅に降りると大変な人混みで驚きましたが、なんとか大阪市立美術館天王寺ギャラリーに到着しました。美術館の中がとても美しく、そこの地下1階の展示室に私の作品2点が設置されていました。

On 19 October (Sunday), 

I  went to Osaka with my mom to attend the award ceremony of “the 4th Annual Kansai art competition.“ We took Mido-suji Line subway to get to Tennōji station and were astonished by the huge crowd of people there. We managed to get to the Tennōji Gallery, Osaka City Museum of Fine Art, and this time I was amazed by the beautiful interior of the building. Two of my art pieces were exhibited in one of the venues on the 1st basement floor. 

  

                       

                       

                     

授賞式には初めて参加する作家たちも集まっていました。今回のギャラリートークでは作家同士の交流ができるように工夫されており、まずはグループに別れてお互いの作品を鑑賞してコメントをし合い、その後で各作家が自分が作品で何を表現しようとしているのかを語っていきました。他の作家たちと知り合うことができて、とても楽しい交流となり嬉しかったです。

Artists who were joining this Art Competition for the first time were also there at the award ceremony. This time, the gallery talk was especially designed to help us artists interact more. First, we were asked to enjoy one another’s art pieces in several groups, freely commenting on each other. After that, each of us explained what we wanted to express with our pieces. I am so grateful that in this way, I was able to meet and chat with many artists, and enjoy quality interactions with them.

                          

第4回関西アートコンペ The 4th Annual Kansai Art Competition

10月になりやっと少し気温が下がりました。

本日から始まった「第4回関西アートコンペ」（大阪市立美術館・天王寺ギャラリーにて開催）に作品を出展しています。

It’s October now and the weather got cooler at long last. Starting from today I am exhibiting a couple of my art pieces in “the 4th Annual Kansai Art Competition” held at Tennōji Gallery, Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts.
